Web-site address changes


I move my web-site to a new address: http://www.alinachau.com/ with more artworks added in the collection.  Please come and check it out!

The old Apple address will no longer be available on June 30, 2012.


Also, I would love to invite you to my up-coming gallery show "A Moment Of..." Group Show. The opening night reception will be June 16, 2012,  6 pm - 10 pm at 13613 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. The show will run through June 30th.

My iPhone Book is out!!

My iphone Artist Sketchbook just released. The title of this book is Acquerello. It's available at ArtistsSketchbooks.com. Acquerello is a digital artbook with collection of high resolution beautiful watercolor paintings and drawings by Alina Chau. This book included many of the gallery favorite pieces, which have been exhibited in Los Angeles, Orange Country, San Francisco, and Sapporo, Japan

Totoro Forest Project!

The "Totoro Forest Project" - The project is an international charity effort to save Sayama forest in Japan - it's the same forest inspired the beloved Studio Ghibli film, My Neighbor Totoro. The project is organized by DiceTsutsumi. There will be a benefit auction at Pixar on September 6th, and an artworks featuring all the 200 beautiful artworks will be available at the event as well!! To learn more about this meaningful and exciting project, you can visit the Totoro Forest Project Official Web Site. This painting is my contribution for the event.

New book in working

This past couple months have been busy with work and new projects ... haven't been posted here for a long while. This is a little teaser preview of my very first children book, which I am working on right now. I am the author and illustrator of the book.
